- Financial Services Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
- Sales and Presentation Experience: Demonstrate proven sales and presentation experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Have experience in Customer Relationship Management, with at least 8 years preferred.
- Business Acumen: Possess strong business acumen with the ability to recognize and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Financial Services Education: Hold a Diploma or Degree in Financial Services, preferably with a focus on superannuation/insurance.
- Superannuation Legislation: Possess a comprehensive understanding of superannuation legislation and compliance requirements.
- Board and Senior Management Experience: Prior experience working at the Board and senior management levels.
- IT Skills: Possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 7 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Relationship Building: Have an enthusiastic personality with the ability to foster relationships.
- Q Fever Vaccination: Be prepared to visit abattoirs, including having a Q Fever vaccination.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel domestically, including overnight stays for work, often in regional areas.
- Weekend Work: Be prepared for some weekend work, especially for conferences.
