The company's high-performance products play a central role in the manufacture of foods and beverages, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities include guiding Colour Technologists and Application Technologists in executing customer projects related to colour from the project pipeline.

Duties encompass developing prototypes that showcase customer specifications, offering technical support throughout project lifecycles, and delivering comprehensive technical guidance to external and internal stakeholders.

Review compliance with relevant regulations, in conjunction with the Regulatory Team, as required.

Translate data to non-technical and diverse audiences.

Maintain technical documentation for all products and application formulations.

Develop product formulation prototypes with Sensient ingredients for strategic commercial documents and presentations.

Design and deliver training and mentoring in the colour category to help build skills within the local Sensient Team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in general science or food science or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10 years of project management experience.
  • Seven to ten years of technical experience in the food colorants industry with a strong understanding of finished formulations.
  • A suitable industry presence to present a credible authority to customers, employees and the broader food industry.
