About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care Assistance: You will assist our residents with their personal care needs and support them in their daily activities, allowing them to live with the independence and dignity they deserve.
  • Supporting Resident Choices: You will help residents maintain control over their lives by supporting their choices and promoting independence.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver personalized care that meets best practice standards, ensuring our residents receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
What We Are Looking For
  • A genuine desire to care for others, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • A recognized credential in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies (Certificate III or higher).
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care, though not essential, would be beneficial.
