We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Noosa Private Hospital. This permanent part-time role offers 60 hours per fortnight, providing an excellent work-life balance for the successful candidate.
The ICU is accredited for four intensive care beds and four close observation/telemetry beds, offering a supportive and specialized environment to deliver exceptional patient care. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in monitoring complex medical conditions, providing rapid response to changes in patient status, and working closely with intensivists, allied health professionals, and fellow nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Minimum two years post-graduate experience in a critical care setting;
- Post-graduate qualifications in critical care or Intensive Care preferred;
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster;
- Full working rights in Australia;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
