About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live with independence and dignity.

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals. Your compassionate approach will help create a warm and welcoming environment, promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about caring for others, possesses excellent communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A true passion for caring for others
  • A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is preferred, but not necessary

If you are new to aged care, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
