Sales Team Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Operations Manager to oversee the operations and people management of a dedicated Sales Support team.
The ideal candidate will drive team performance, ensure compliance, and support Property Consultants in delivering exceptional service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in team development and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Support team
- Oversee onboarding, training, and workflow management
- Ensure compliance and risk mitigation within sales processes
- Conduct performance reviews and manage team allocations
- Drive operational improvements and test new systems
- Provide additional marketing and sales support to agents as needed
- Proven experience in real estate sales support or administration
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage compliance, risk, and process improvements
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow management tools
