Team Operations Manager

The role of the Team Operations Manager is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a sales support team. This includes managing workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, and developing strategies for team growth and development.
- Developing and implementing operational systems and processes that ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinating and supervising the activities of team members, including training and onboarding new staff
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including agents, vendors, and clients
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in real estate or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
