The Talent Acquisition Specialist APAC role will contribute to talent acquisition activities and meet recruitment needs in the region. This includes having a good understanding of the job market, strong technology, relationship management and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include developing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting market research, establishing relationships with hiring managers and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience in talent acquisition and stakeholder management. Strong negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills are also required.

Additional key requirements include excellent technical skills, commercial acumen and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Conducting market research to identify top talent
  • Maintaining relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
