Student Support Consultant Opportunity

The Flight Centre Travel Academy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Support Consultant to join our team. As a Student Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our students, ensuring their academic success and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and text.
  • Manage and resolve student inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless student support and services.
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance student outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service or academic support role.
  • Diploma of Travel & Tourism or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
