Regional Sales Development Manager

Forge positive partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail and emerging eCommerce customers. Service independent, state and national key accounts. Grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities. Represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings and seminars to achieve increased distribution, recommendation and sales.
The Ideal Candidate ProfileLeadership skills combined with exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role. Strong relationship management and customer focus are also highly valued. Self-motivation, passion for sales growth and excellent planning and organisational skills are required. Digitally savvy candidates who can apply digital tools to analyse sales data will be preferred.
RequirementsA Bachelor Degree in Science, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred. Recent graduates with some sales experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceuticals, will be considered. A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.
