Leadership Role: Shaping Educational Enrolment and Engagement

This is a dynamic leadership position where the right candidate will have a significant impact on shaping our educational enrolment and engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data-driven enrolment, engagement, and fundraising strategy to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to deliver an authentic, values-aligned experience at every touchpoint for students, teachers, and professional services staff.
  • Strengthen relationships with alumni and donors to foster philanthropic growth and community partnerships.
  • Provide accurate and timely data, strategic reports, and forecasts to inform decision-making at all levels of the school.
  • Represent the school at key events and forums, building networks and fostering collaborations that benefit the school community.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to foster a culture of belonging, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

About You:
  • A relevant qualification in Business or related discipline, along with 5+ years' leadership experience in admissions, engagement, or related roles.
  • Proven success in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, or enrolments.
  • Exceptional communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills.
  • High-level data acumen and proficiency with CRM, marketing, and admissions platforms.
