We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee general office administration, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and prepare various documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with financial administration, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
