Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated leader to spearhead the administrative functions of our Respiratory Clinical Trials Unit (RCTU).

This key role will be part of the RCTU Management Team, overseeing the Study Support Team while working across various administrative aspects – managing daily office operations, ensuring clinical trials meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities
  • Lead the Study Support Team in achieving set goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and deliver staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Foster effective communication among team members

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policies, overseeing finances, reporting financial performance, and making key purchasing decisions. Additionally, they will manage trial-specific tasks such as maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures, volunteer recruitment, and pre-trial feasibility assessments.
