Administrative Leader of Student Experience

The ideal candidate will lead and develop administration staff, including recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and performance management. Key responsibilities include overseeing student services functions such as orientation, enrolment, counselling support, and the management of appeals and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a team of administration staff through effective leadership and training.
- Ensure seamless delivery of student services functions to promote student satisfaction and retention.
- Manage timetabling, subject selection, attendance monitoring, and articulation processes in collaboration with academic and administrative teams.
- Maintain compliance and regulatory standards by contributing to policy development and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Strengthen student engagement through strategic events planning and social media communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service using feedback and data to enhance the student experience.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as education or business.
- Proven experience in management and team leadership roles, preferably in a student services context.
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Skilled in policy interpretation, innovation, and leading change initiatives.
