About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Programs Director for our Dandenong Tech School. As a Programs Director, you will collaborate internally, and with schools, industries, and community stakeholders to create immersive learning experiences that inspire and empower young people and educators.

  • Provide ongoing leadership and support to facilitation and teaching staff, empowering every member of the team to innovate and excel.">
  • Lead the delivery of responsive education programs that meet the organisation's objectives.">
  • Engage industry and school partners to create meaningful collaborations.">
  • Develop forward-thinking, innovative curriculum initiatives that push the boundaries of traditional science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education.">
  • Support the review of learning experiences across Dandenong Tech School, implementing solutions to continually improve programs, and report progress against targets.">
  • Create professional learning opportunities for internal staff, partner schools, industry, and community stakeholders, and the broader community.">
  • Deliver high-quality, innovative STEAM-focused learning experiences to secondary school audiences, as well as internal staff, partner schools, industry, and community stakeholders, and the broader community, where required.">
  • Build and leverage strategic relationships with Dandenong Tech School's partner organisations to promote the vision and goals of Dandenong Tech School.">
