Customer Service Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support at Roma Mitchell Secondary College.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality service and meet the needs of clients while following policies and procedures.
  • Prepare ingredients for food items as directed.
  • Set up tables/trolleys prior to service and plate meals accordingly.
  • Serve food and beverages to students with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in dishwashing, including crockery, pots, pans, and cleaning designated areas like fridges, sinks, and floors.
  • Minimise waste and ensure food safety by adhering to State and Commonwealth regulatory requirements.
