Service Delivery Opportunity

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service across front of house areas, including bars, dining rooms and cafes. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, serving food and beverages, operating point of sale systems and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Shifts will vary based on a 7-day rotating roster, with opportunities to work across different service areas. This is an ideal position for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during daily operations and events.
  • Set up and maintain clean, well-presented bar and dining areas.
  • Operate bar services in compliance with liquor licensing regulations.
  • Assist with stock management and inventory checks.
  • Adhere to safe food handling and sanitation protocols.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is essential.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and relevant legislation.
  • Australian driver's licence is required.
  • Defence Security Clearance eligibility is mandatory.
