Senior Clinical Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team at our Fairfield Medical Centre. As a Senior Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management to a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and effective management to a team of nurses
- Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary
- Coach, train, and mentor the team, so that they can deliver the best clinical outcomes to all patients
- Maintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice procedures
- Assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans and reviews
- Work alongside the Practice Manager to understand the levers of profit and loss within the practice and manage their teams accordingly
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Registered Nurses with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A passion for people and a personable approach
