Employee Wellbeing Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in contributing to a regional employee wellbeing network focused on enhancing proactive improvement initiatives, including risk reduction strategies and remedial interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and coordinate wellbeing initiatives, fostering a healthy workplace environment for all staff.

- Contribute to an agency-wide employee wellbeing network focused on coordinating and promoting proactive improvement initiatives.

- Conduct research to identify areas of risk, trends, or emerging trends in psychological data, providing guidance to leaders to prevent and promote early identification of physical, social, and mental wellbeing.

- Establish relationships between key services across the organisation and frontline management to provide referral program information and best practice support for impacted employees.

- Ensure the successful coordination of the Peer Support Network within the Region, ensuring best practice and consistency in the recruitment, training, and support of Peer Support Officers using an integrated approach.

- Facilitate systems of governance and performance measures to maintain strategic alignment and compliance with relevant policies, legislation, regulations, and operational procedures.

- Provide expert wellbeing advice to members and leadership as an essential resource point within the region.

Requirements:

Qualification

- A qualification in employee wellbeing or a related field is highly regarded but not mandatory.

Technical/Operational/Educational Experience

- Knowledge and experience in employee wellbeing or a related field would be highly valued.
