Customer Experience Ambassador
Job Description:As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests every day. You will become an expert in the loyalty program, with extensive knowledge to promote member benefits and drive new membership acquisition. Additionally, you will serve as an information hub, addressing a multitude of guest enquiries across all business areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Exceptional standards in customer service excellence
- Polished personal presentation and grooming
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word (with ability to learn other systems)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
