They will possess specialised knowledge of complex methods and techniques within an HR system and/or payroll function. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across HR and into the business to achieve goals are essential.

The Director, HR Services will be responsible for developing plans to mitigate risks to HR systems and ensuring business continuity. This includes developing and implementing a yearly HR Systems Operational Plan focused on covering all aspects of environment management, system maintenance and upgrades, and appropriate disaster recovery strategy planning for business continuity.

The successful candidate will also produce and maintain documented frameworks that describe the HR systems technical environment and processes to ensure appropriate HR system governance. High-level analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, as well as ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information, are required.

Requirements
  1. Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing staff performance, development, and culture.
  2. Specialised Knowledge: Specialised knowledge of complex methods and techniques within an HR system and/or payroll function.
  3. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively across HR and into the business to achieve goals.
  4. Risk Mitigation: Ability to develop and implement plans to mitigate risks to HR systems and ensure business continuity.
