Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals. You will ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations, conduct training initiatives to enhance staff skills, and support employee relations and performance management processes. Additionally, you will assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems, collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives, participate in recruitment processes, and provide expert HR advice to managers and employees within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Advisor should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, experience in HR operations within the FMCG industry, both blue and white collar, strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels, and proactiveness with a willingness to grow their career.
