
National Compliance Program Coordinators

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator to join our team in providing high-level coordination and administrative support for National Compliance and Monitoring Programs.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders to facilitate research, planning, and delivery of programs. You will establish and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, undertake risk assessment and risk management activities, and proactively monitor program outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with stakeholders to facilitate research, planning, and delivery of LMB programs.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Undertake risk assessment and risk management activities for compliance projects/programs.
- Program Monitoring: Proactively monitor program outcomes and work area performance for presentation to teams including the Executive.
You will also be responsible for building capability in a team environment through sharing knowledge and ideas to support continuous improvement principles, and embodying NMI's values by leading by example and supporting others to do the same.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to undertake risk assessment and risk management activities.
- Proactive approach to monitoring program outcomes and work area performance.
