A Compliance Programs Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating research, planning, and delivery of national compliance and monitoring programs.
Working closely with stakeholders to establish and maintain constructive relationships, undertake risk assessments, and monitor program outcomes is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver program plans, program briefs, and project plans.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessment and risk management activities for compliance projects/programs.
- Monitor program outcomes and work area performance for presentation to senior teams.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships.
- Strong project management skills, including research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to design, develop, operationalise, analyse, and report outcomes for Compliance Programs.
