The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of the corporate finance function, contributing to the decision-making process of the Executive Committee, and meeting all Holcim Group financial information reporting requirements.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated at AU$180,000 per annum, based on the location in North Sydney, where you will be part of the Finance Leadership Team, charged with maximising shareholder returns and undertaking relevant FP&A activities.

About the role:

  • This is a senior leadership opportunity with significant responsibilities including financial processes and policies responding to and anticipating future organisational needs.
  • You will lead continual improvement with particular emphasis on governance rhythms, while cultivating strong working relationships with corporate functions.

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary business or accounting qualifications - CPA or CA.
  • Strong experience in Statutory, Technical and Tax Accounting.
  • Extensive experience leading and developing a high performing team.
  • Significant experience in a senior chartered audit, assurance or technical environment.
  • Relevant industry experience (e.g., resources, engineering and construction) would be advantageous but not essential.
