As a passionate and dedicated mental health professional, you will be part of our multidisciplinary team working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide high-quality support services. With a focus on person-centred interventions and systemic approaches, you will deliver tailored therapeutic support and training to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients across the lifespan and from varying socio-cultural backgrounds, completing therapeutic processes in a timely manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to determine and achieve client goals that align with NDIS Plan objectives.
  • Deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and training for stakeholders.
  • Monitor, interpret, report, and address signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress during therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide written reports to clients outlining progress reviews and ongoing areas of need.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Current general registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills.
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Active ABN.
