Job Description

The role of the HR Business Advisor is to provide support to the People and Culture team, offering practical HR consulting services to managers and employees. Key responsibilities include delivering employee relations (ER) advice, assisting with return-to-work coordination, injury management, and administration related to incidents and workers' compensation claims.

You will also provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations. Additionally, you will support workforce planning, recruitment, and organisational design initiatives, coordinate learning and development activities, and offer guidance on WHS and workers' compensation matters.

Key Qualifications
  • A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Solid generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • A strong working knowledge of the SCHADS Award.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
