About the Role:

Delivering an exceptional student living experience is at the heart of this position. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled professional to design and execute engaging programs that foster wellbeing, community, and connection.

The successful candidate will work closely with Community and Leasing teams to align events and programs with our brand objectives and resident engagement goals.

  • Design & Deliver: Develop and lead inclusive, high-quality social, wellness, and educational events that reflect resident interests and build community.
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day oversight of casual team members, including rostering, training, supervising, and tracking performance.
  • Community Care: Support resident wellbeing through proactive engagement, incident follow-up, and partnerships with local/university support services.
  • Vendor Engagement: Build relationships with vendors, contractors, and local businesses to enhance resident life and deliver value-added initiatives.
  • Operations & Compliance: Manage event budgets, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and capture reporting on attendance, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with internal teams to promote events across digital and onsite channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and leasing objectives.
