Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts for VIP guests, ensuring exceptional service at every step of their journey.
  • Deliver established food and beverage service sequences, bringing a personalized touch to each guest encounter.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus and wine lists to advise and recommend to guests.
  • Promote hotel facilities, identifying opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
  • Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar hybrid role within a high-end setting.
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service.
  • Availability across various shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A true love and passion for creating genuine, memorable guest experiences.
