Job Title: Club Millésime Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Millésime Team Leader to join our team at Sofitel Adelaide. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and engaging service to all guests, from arrival to departure
  • Supervise and support the operations of Club Millésime and Room Service, ensuring service standards are met with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Ensure that all hotel and department policies and procedures are understood by ambassadors
  • Greet and respond to requests for all VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists to advise and make recommendations to guests
  • Promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
  • Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Conduct pre-arrival communications, providing local knowledge and advice
  • Anticipate guests' needs and promote various hotel services
  • Champion return guest recognition programs, driving personalized service in line with our Heartist principles
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with confidence in all aspects of VIP club and Room Service operations
  • Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Opera or a related PMS system, with POS experience an asset
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and night shifts, across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards all areas of work
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Full Australian working rights
