Job Overview

The HSE Manager is a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices at our facilities. This position demands expertise in managing project scope, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure optimal outcomes.

Main responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the management team to implement robust Safety and Environmental Management Systems, developing and maintaining communication plans for HSE activities, and implementing Group and Division HSE strategies.

Additionally, the HSE Manager will identify, assess, and manage site-specific HSE risks, ensuring appropriate controls are implemented and corrective actions are completed.

We seek an experienced professional with a deep understanding of emergency procedures and injury management, familiarity with quality management systems, and extensive experience in leading people and achieving results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to lead and motivate teams across all levels, and hold relevant certifications and qualifications.
