This is a dynamic role that offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

As a Settlements Officer, you will be responsible for timely settlements of new personal loan applications. You will make necessary outbound calls to clients to notify them of the required steps to settle their loan, produce loan documentation for customers ensuring all details are correct, register/remove security interest using the PPSR, and report issues with documentation/systems or processes to allow a smoother process.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 12 months of settlements experience">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage your own time and workload">
  • Experience either unsecured or secured personal loan settlement, with a proven track record of success">
  • Customer-orientated and committed to delivering an exceptional experience">
