As a Settlements Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely settlements of new personal loan applications. This involves managing your own time and workload effectively to meet deadlines.

The Role
  • We require applicants with at least 12 months of settlements experience, particularly in unsecured or secured personal loan settlement.
  • Making outbound calls to clients is an essential part of this role, as you will need to notify them of the required steps to settle their loan.
  • You will also produce loan documentation for customers, ensuring all details are correct and including necessary documentation to facilitate settlement.
  • Identifying and reporting issues with documentation/systems or processes will be crucial in allowing a smoother process.
  • Registering/remove security interest using the PPSR is another key responsibility of this position.
