We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Officer to provide exceptional claims service, determining policy coverage and resolving assigned cases.
About This Role- You will manage lodgements and repairs for Motorcycle Claims using multiple claims systems and processes.
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships with insured parties, agents, and service providers.
- Determine policy coverage applicability to submitted claims.
- Receive, record, and process incoming insurance claims.
- AUTHORISE payment within scope of authority, settle claims cost-effectively, and ensure timely disbursement issuance.
- Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and initiate investigations.
- Prior experience in Motor Claims is advantageous.
- Candidate should possess strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, organisational, and time management skills.
- Be a quick learner comfortable with technology.
- Possess a passion for motorcycles as a plus.
