We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Team Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring seamless guest experiences and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the property, including front office management and staff supervision.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure cooperation between departments and properties.
  • Assume responsibility for the property in the absence of the manager.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is essential, with a strong focus on customer service and staff management.

A computer literate individual with attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required, with the ability to work well under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is a must, as is flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
