As Operational Team Manager, you will oversee multiple operational service delivery teams to ensure staff consistently demonstrate professional conduct and provide high-quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage accommodation support and respite services for people with intellectual disabilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and supervision to operational service delivery staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, 24-hour support.
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders including people with disabilities, families, guardians, government agencies, and non-government organizations.
- Maintain awareness of relevant legislative requirements, departmental policies, and guidelines.
