Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing digital marketing strategies for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Work with the Loyalty Specialist to develop and execute loyalty program campaigns across all digital marketing channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital channels, including email, social media, and the web, to promote the loyalty program effectively.
  • Paid Media Coordination: Coordinate with the media agency to provide detailed briefs for paid media campaigns related to the loyalty program.
  • Member Engagement: Collaborate with the global digital team to create compelling member engagement initiatives for ASICS apps.
  • External Partnerships: Coordinate with external partners and vendors as required for various loyalty marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Social Media Growth: Work with the Social Media Specialist to grow the loyalty program's presence on social media platforms, engaging with members and creating relevant content.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for loyalty program growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze member feedback, working towards continuous improvement of the loyalty program offerings.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines and comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
