Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Executive - Loyalty, you will play a crucial role in the success of our loyalty program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of digital marketing strategies for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
  • Content creation and execution, developing engaging content for digital channels, including email, social media, and the web.
  • Paid media coordination with the media agency to provide detailed briefs for paid media campaigns.
  • Member engagement through collaborating with the global digital team to create compelling member engagement initiatives.
  • Coordination with external partners and vendors as required for various loyalty marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Working with the Social Media Specialist to grow the loyalty program's presence on social media platforms.
  • Regularly monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools.
  • Conducting research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for loyalty program growth.
  • Gathering and analyzing member feedback to work towards continuous improvement of the loyalty program offerings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and loyalty for B2C, ideally in the retail space.
  • Experience in briefing and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillset.
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to develop strong mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
