
Administrative Specialist

Provide high-level administrative support to team members, including timely preparation of correspondence and database development.
Take minutes and action items at meetings and maintain records and documentation.
Offer executive support to Governance and Committee groups within the department.
Coordinate, prepare, and distribute supporting materials in a timely manner.
Follow up on outstanding actions and related documents.
- Undertake finance tasks using Finance One, including procurement of supplies, invoicing, and billing.
- Prepare reports on expenditure for managers as required.
- Check supplier invoices against contracts for services.
- Support contract management systems and other related applications.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Suitable knowledge and skills with relevant qualifications preferably at Diploma or Advanced Diploma level.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
