We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ryde and surrounding suburbs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret assessment findings to develop individualized treatment goals that promote independence and quality of life.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • Support and advise on environmental adaptations to ensure seamless integration into daily life.
  • Recommend assistive technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and maintain their autonomy.
Essential Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by continuous improvement and open to testing new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector and making a difference in people's lives.
