These are the full-time positions offering an annual salary of AUD 77,000 plus superannuation.

What is expected of you:

- Providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and routine management.
- Assisting clients with mobility and physical movement interventions in alignment with the client's individualized care plan.
- Planning and preparing meals that align with clients’ dietary requirements and personal preferences.
- Organizing and facilitating social, recreational, and community-based activities to promote social inclusion and enhance quality of life.
- Performing light domestic duties, such as cleaning, vacuuming, and maintaining a safe and hygienic living environment.
- Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful engagement and psychological well-being.
- Assisting with errands and community access, including grocery shopping and attending appointments as required.
- Administering medications in accordance with prescribed protocols and organizational policies.
- Documenting client progress, daily care notes, and incident reports, ensuring accurate communication and continuity of care during handovers.

You must have:

Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community care (as per Australian standards).

Recent experience in the Disability sector at least 1 year fulltime.

Excellent work ethic and a team player.

Exceptional customer service.

Well-presented and great communication skills

Enthusiasm and passion about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.

Current First Aid (no more than 3 years old) and CPR (no more than 12 months old) Certificates.

Valid Driver’s License

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Availability for evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepover, and active night shifts.
