Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our community-based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including clinics, schools, and homes, to make a positive impact on individuals with disabilities.

This role is ideal for Occupational Therapists of all experience levels, offering full-time or part-time positions with flexibility to work remotely or on-site.

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' functional levels, using standardized evaluations and clinical observations.
  2. Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, prioritizing participant goals and outcomes.
  3. Deliver evidence-based interventions, incorporating assistive technologies to promote independence.
  4. Provide consultation services to support environmental adaptations, ensuring safe and accessible spaces for participants.
  5. Recommend Assistive Technology solutions to help participants overcome functional limitations.
Requirements
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude, driven by a desire to improve and adapt to new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
