Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive financial analysis, credit assessment, and scenario planning for real estate lending and equity JV opportunities.

  • Support senior professionals in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing asset management support.

Candidate Profile
  • 2–6 years' experience in CRE or a related discipline, ideally within private credit, debt advisory, real estate finance, development, or quantity surveying.
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in financial modelling and fund feasibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to produce clear, concise investment materials.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in real estate markets, private credit, and development.
