Job Title: Finance and Benefits Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance specialist to lead our financial modelling and benefits tracking. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce and financial models, including baselines, scenario modelling and forecasting future costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain workforce and financial models, including baselines, scenario modelling and forecasting future costs.
  • Support the development of workforce control settings that guide how we deliver program benefits across all divisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure workforce control policies align with savings objectives.
  • Monitor and report on benefit realisation progress, ensuring risks to targets are identified and mitigated early.
  • Support governance and assurance teams by providing expert advice on the development and assurance of outcomes and controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in workforce modelling, benefits realisation and financial analysis.
  • Skilled at developing workforce frameworks and controls that are practical and measurable.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to develop clear, concise and impactful packs that support decision-making.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and able to navigate complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
