Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the investment group, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models to drive business decisions.

The Role
  • Create custom-built Excel-based fund models and ensure their ongoing accuracy and evolution.
  • Maintain, review, and improve investment models across a portfolio of property funds.
  • Analyze the financial impacts of project activities and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Prepare, review, and enhance development feasibilities and other financial models.
  • Understand and manage the capital stack, including the interaction between debt and equity across multiple projects.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years' experience in funds management, property investment, development, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong technical expertise in financial modelling and development feasibilities.
  • A sound understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, and the relationship between debt and equity.
  • Experience with Estate Master or similar financial modelling software highly regarded but not essential.
