We're seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team.

As a Financial Modelling Specialist, you will play a key role in executing all facets of our mandates. This includes valuation work such as discounted cash flow modelling, comparable companies analysis and precedent transactions analysis. A high level of financial modelling proficiency is expected, encompassing building operating models and merger models including reconciling modelled balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:

- Execute all facets of the mandates.
- Develop an ongoing current awareness of activity, trends and developments in the sector, as well as the corporate and investment banking market.
- Maintain group's databases on a current basis.
- Assist in preparing extensive written documents including presentation materials, information memoranda and company information documents.
- Prepare client proposals and pitchbooks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.
- Strong technical/computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Bloomberg, Factset).
- Working knowledge of financial services and the investment banking industry; mining sector experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent writing skills, incorporating the ability to explain detailed financial and statistical analyses.
