Strategic Risk Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact business performance.
About the Role:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Design and implement effective control environments to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and report on risk and compliance performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive operational risk profile.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in risk management, control, and compliance.
- Proven experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills and knowledge of risk and control standards (e.g., ISO, COSO).
- Skilled in using risk management tools to deliver reporting, governance, and compliance activities effectively.
