Job Title: Risk Manager

Job Description:

The role of the Risk Manager is to safeguard the organisation against potential risks and foster a culture of proactive risk management.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for enhancing individual and organisational risk capability by strategically executing learning and development initiatives that support the effective implementation of the organisation's risk management framework.

  • Developing and implementing training best practices and standards across various business units
  • Ensuring effective execution of required training programs, and fostering strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with the business
  • Designing comprehensive educational solutions to address identified gaps
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analysing data, preparing detailed reports, and making recommendations for improvement based on feedback and performance metrics

The Risk Manager will also stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in risk management and training methodologies, incorporating innovative approaches into the organisation's training curriculum to ensure continuous growth and compliance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years experience in learning and development roles, ideally in the financial service industry.

Prior experience working with design and delivering training & information to employees.

Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation with the ability to inspire teams.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align diverse audiences.
