Strategic Risk Manager

The Regional Credit Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in credit and risk management, providing strategic guidance to business units and leadership. This role requires the ability to analyze complex transactions and provide recommendations for workout strategies and restructuring within the credit and risk domain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing functional guidance to countries on risk matters.
- Proposing risk appetite aligned with business objectives.
- Managing risk activities and executing business strategy within risk appetite and underwriting criteria.
- Approving complex, non-standard applications and preparing funding and NB/FI applications for approval.
- Ensuring timely and quality submissions to global risk committees.
For this role, you should have:
- Academic qualifications in business, finance, or accounting.
- At least 10 years of experience in banking/finance managing financial and non-financial risks.
- Extensive experience in complex transaction structuring and credit/risk management.
