We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand regulations, including registration of new products under the EESS (Electrical Equipment Safety System).
- Maintain compliance with EMC/EMR requirements as per ACMA standards.
- Liaise with international suppliers and internal teams to ensure product specifications and compliance standards are met.
- Develop and launch new lighting products, including advanced testing, quality assurance, performance analysis, and product design improvements.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes across all products.
- Maintain compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements from relevant authorities.
- Review and manage the implementation of product documentation such as packaging, user manuals, data sheets, labels, and sales support materials.
- A Suitably Qualified Person under EESS guidelines may include any of the following: A trade qualification in an electrical discipline and at least 4 years' experience using electrical safety standards for regulatory compliance.
- An advanced diploma or equivalent qualification in an electrical discipline and at least 3 years' relevant experience.
- A degree qualification in electrical engineering and at least 2 years' experience in applying electrical equipment safety standards for regulatory purposes.
